San Gabriel (5-3, 3-0) and Schurr (6-1-1, 3-0) are set to play Friday for the Almont League title, and there should be lots of passing.
San Gabriel’s Isaac Valdez has passed for 2,033 yards and 14 touchdowns. Schurr’s Aaron Cantu has passed for 1,240 yards and 14 touchdowns.
