Fumble costs Garfield

Jonathan Lopez of Garfield fumbled the ball on the Roosevelt two-yard line, and the Rough Riders recovered. They lead Garfield, 7-6, with just over two minutes left in the second quarter.
The Bulldogs were driving because of the running of Danny Vargas, who broke off runs of 17, 19 and 17 yards.
