Long halftime for Garfield-Roosevelt

The first half between Garfield and Roosevelt was quicker than the halftime show, it seemed. The halftime show was extended to 30 minutes because it’s double homecoming.

I’ve been impressed with Garfield because the Bulldogs are a young team that’s improving. If they pull out this game, Coach Lorenzo Hernandez should be doing backflips. But there’s a long ways to go. Garfield leads at halftime, 9-7.
