Girls’ volleyball: It’s a Granada Hills-San Pedro final

The City Section Division I girls’ volleyball championship match on Saturday will have No. 1-seeded Granada Hills taking on No. 2 San Pedro at 5 p.m. at Los Angeles Roybal.

Granada Hills defeated Carson in the semifinals and San Pedro knocked off Birmingham.

Afterward, San Pedro’s Kailee Cuico celebrated by signing a letter of intent with Oregon for softball.

Venice will face Taft in the Division II final at 2:30 p.m. The small schools final will have Fosahy taking on Elizabeth at noon.
