Football: Long snapper gets scholarship

The Chris Sailer kicking group that includes long snapper coach Chris Rubio has struck again. Drew Ferris, a long snapper from Tehachapi, has accepted a scholarship to Oregon.

Another Sailer kicking product, Kip Smith from Broomfield (Colo.), has committed to UCLA. He made a 67-yard field goal this season.
