Football: Crenshaw leads at halftime, 27-0

A holding penalty on the Westchester four-yard line wiped out a Crenshaw touchdown at the end of the second quarter and prevented the Cougars from expanding their lead. They go into the locker room with a 27-0 advantage over the Comets.

Geoffrey Norwood has rushed for 82 yards for the Cougars.

Let me say that Crenshaw looks like it’s going through the motions. Not the same enthusiasm from what I saw in the Cougars’ big games earlier this season. Of course, their opponent isn’t helping matters. Crenshaw has two interceptions.
