Van Nuys wins appeal and won’t be in West Valley League

Van Nuys has won its appeal and will move to the Valley Mission League in 2010 instead of the West Valley League. The Interscholastic Athletic Committee upheld the Wolves’ appeal on Monday.

East Valley, originally put in the Valley Mission, will move to the Valley League. The new leagues will take effect for the 2010-11 sports season.
