Harvard-Westlake leads at halftime, 39-31

Harvard-Westlake came away with a 39-31 halftime lead over Los Angeles Loyola, led by Erik Swoope’s 17 points.

But Loyola, after trailing by as many as 18 points in the second quarter, started to keep Swoope away from the basket, and Miles Cartwright started to connect. He has 13 points.

The fans for both teams have been loud and vocal. I still say this game is going down to the wire.
