Santa Clarita Golden Valley needed overtime, but the Grizzlies knocked off Canyon Country Canyon, 80-78, to take over first place in the Foothill League.

Trevor Wiseman scored 29 points for Golden Valley (19-4, 5-1). Canyon is 15-7 and 4-2.
