Boys’ basketball: Corona Centennial leads at halftime

Corona Centennial has come away with a 39-35 halftime lead over Etiwanda in a Division 1AA quarterfinal game. The Huskies took advantage of turnovers to score quickly.

Gelaun Wheelwright has scored 13 points for Centennial.

Byron Wesley is keeping Etiwanda in the game offensively with 14 points.

In other games, Calabasas leads Harvard-Westlake, 45-42. Jordan Coleman has scored 22 points for Calabasas. Loyola leads Mission Viejo, 43-25.
