Van Nuys Montclair Prep leads Long Beach St. Anthony, 10-7, after the first quarter of the Division V girls’ regional final at Colony.

St. Anthony has the height advantage with two players 6-3 in the starting lineup, but the Mounties’ quickness and hustle has worked well through the first quarter. St. Anthony was called for nine fouls, and every Montclair Prep point has come from the free-throw line except for one basket. The Mounties were eight of 11.
