Boys’ basketball: L.A. Price 49, St. Mary’s 34

BAKERSFIELD _ Richard Solomon has scored 18 points and Allen Crabbe 17 to put L.A. Price on top of Albany St. Mary’s, 49-34, through three quarters of the state Division IV final.

Price pulled off a six-point play in the quarter. Crabbe scored while being fouled, which was ruled an intentional foul. He made two free throws, then Solomon scored for a 44-27 lead with 3:35 left.
