A year after Chris Jacobs of Westchester hit two home runs in the City Section Division II final at Dodger Stadium, the Comets’ Josh Gilder belted a two-run home run over the left-field wall to give the Comets a 10-3 lead over Venice in the bottom of the sixth inning.
