RBI singles in the top of the fifth inning by Scott Kaplan and Peter Maris has given Dana Hills a 2-1 lead over El Dorado in the Division 1 semifinal at Blair Field.
The inning was kept alive when a wild throw by shortstop Chris Rivera on an attempt to complete a double play went over the head of first baseman Brennan Fulkerson with two outs.
