Baseball: Mater Dei leads, 8-0, and Hahn is off mound

Mater Dei leads Simi Valley Royal, 8-0, going into the bottom of the sixth inning, and pitcher Cory Hahn is off the mound after giving up only two hits.

It means he’ll have five innings left to pitch if the Monarchs hold on to their lead and advance to Saturday’s 7:30 p.m. final against Dana Hills.
