Football: The comeback coach of the year

Irvine University Coach Mark Cunningham was scheduled to return to practice on Monday after spending months receiving treatment for cancer, OCVarsity.com reported.

Cunningham left the program last spring. He’s supposed to coach the team on Friday. Now that’s a comeback tale to admire.
