Girls’ basketball: Long Beach Poly and Brea Olinda play tonight in Ladycat Classic title game

Brea Olinda, ranked No. 2 by The Times, will play No. 3 Long Beach Poly on Saturday in the Ladycat Classic championship game at 8:30 p.m. at Brea.

Brea has won its tournament games by 82, 18 and 34 points. Poly has one its games by 51, 32 and 27 points.

They are two of the top teams and the nation, and at any given point, there could be 10 Division I-bound players on the court.
