Anaheim Servite is 24 minutes away from its second straight Pac-5 Division championship and solidifying a state bowl berth.

The second-seeded Friars lead top-seeded Mission Viejo, 24-7, at halftime thanks to the running of Malik Felton, who has two touchdowns, and timely interceptions by Karlton Dennis and Butch Pauu.

Pauu picked off Mission Viejo quarterback Alex Bridgford at the Friars’ 10-yard line with five seconds left in the half, negating a 47-yard kickoff return by Frank Randall that set Mission Viejo up at midfield.
