Football: Folsom 48, Gardena Serra 20

Quarterback Dano Graves burrowed his way into the end zone from one-and-a-half yards away for his third rushing touchdown and Folsom is running away with the Division II state bowl at Home Depot Center.

The Bulldogs have buried Gardena Serra with a 27-point avalanche in the fourth quarter to open a 48-20 bulge with just over three minutes left.

Graves has accounted for six of Folsom’s seven TDs, three rushing and three passing. He has 62 TD passes this season, one off the record set by Robert De La Cruz of Los Angeles Cathedral in 1999.
