Football: Fumble ends Madison scoring threat

San Diego Madison drove to the Escalon 10-yard line but quarterback Chase Knox fumbled on fourth down and the Cougars will take over leading 23-7 with 2:47 left in the third quarter.

Madison has fumbled five times, losing four of them. Puddles have formed all over the field and officials are wiping off the ball between every play.
