Get your computer and smart phones cranked up. Make sure your Twitter account is working. Wednesday is going to be a day for intrigue as high school football seniors sign their letters of intent or not.

ESPNU will be broadcasting from early in the morning until late in the day on recruiting. Foxsportswest.com will have a noon signing show. And throughout the day, look for blogs and Twitter updates from The Times and elsewhere.

Schools are having signing ceremonies. Palisades running back Malcolm Creer will get his moment to tell everyone his college choice in the school gym. Encino Crespi receiver Devin Lucien is keeping everyone guessing, as is Anaheim Servite lineman Troy Niklas. Both are scheduled to announce in the afternoon. USC picked up a commitment from tight end Junior Pomee from Moreno Valley Rancho Verde.

Mater Dei’s Sam Barkley, a track athlete and the brother of USC quarterback Matt Barkley, will be signing with Stanford during a school celebration.

No one seems to know what’s happening with Crenshaw running back De’Anthony Thomas except that friends say he enjoyed his trip to Oregon last week, making USC fans very nervous.

We’ll finally get to confirm if Gardena Serra receiver Marqise Lee is going to join teammate George Farmer at USC.

So make sure your phones and computers are charged up for the Wednesday madness.
