Football: Narbonne isn’t shying away from tough schedule

Harbor City Narbonne and Carson have quite a rivalry in the Marine League, and Coach Manuel Douglas of Narbonne has put together a schedule for this fall that will definitely prepare the Gauchos for the Colts.

Narbonne opens with Palos Verdes, then plays Long Beach Poly, Tesoro, Gardena Serra and Culver City. It’s also competing in the Dana Hills passing tournament.

And if you want me to say who’s the City Section Division I title favorite for 2011, it’s Narbonne.
