Sherman Oaks Notre Dame routed Encino Crespi, 86-41, in a dual meet on Thursday, and the Knights are gearing up for another run at a Southern Section track championship.

They have won section titles seven of the last nine years under Coach Joe McNab, and sophomore sprinter Khalfani Muhammad figures to lead the way in the 100 and 200.

Muhammad was on the 400-meter relay team that ran 42.08 on Thursday.

Notre Dame has its annual big dual meet with Los Angeles Loyola on Thursday at Notre Dame.
