Stengel Field in Glendale should be packed on Friday night, when Crescenta Valley (14-2, 4-0) plays Arcadia (13-3, 4-0) for first place in the Pacific League. Game time is 7 p.m.

The Falcons will have lots of food for purchase and feature Helen Dell Dodger organ music during pregame festivities. They also will be trying to raise funds for John Barbaro Scholarships awarded to college-bound seniors who have demonstrated good character, community service and academic integrity.

There will be raffles and free ice cream if any Falcon hits a home run in the bottom of the third inning.

And the baseball should be good, too.
