Boys’ basketball: St. John Bosco set to announce new coach

Patrick Lee, the principal at Bellflower St. John Bosco, said he expects to send out a news release later Tuesday announcing the school’s new basketball coach. He said the person has agreed to become the coach and he’s waiting for him to sign a contract.
That person is expected to be Derrick Taylor of Woodland Hills Taft unless he has a change of plans.
