Football: Nine-part series begins on Wednesday

Beginning Wednesday, a nine-part series taking a look at the top football players in Southern California will debut in The Times and at Latimes.com/preps on the web.

Each day, there will be a feature story on a top player, along with a chart listing players to watch based on recommendations from coaches in Southern California.

First up is a look at the top quarterbacks in Southern California and a profile of San Clemente’s Travis Wilson.
