Scrimmages will take place on Friday across the Southland.
Santa Ana Mater Dei is hosting Los Angeles Loyola at 6 p.m. in what should be an intense matchup.
Encino Crespi is hosting Crenshaw, Westlake and Santa Fe in a 7 p.m. scrimmage.
Sherman Oaks Notre Dame is hosting Burbank Burroughs. Mission Hills Alemany is hosting Newhall Hart in a battle of the Herrington brothers.
A top scrimmage set for Wednesday at 7 p.m. has Ventura St. Bonaventure playing at West Hills Chaminade on its new blue field. St. Bonaventure lost safety Paul Thompson for four weeks after he broke a bone in his elbow during an intrasquad scrimmage.
