Football: Mater Dei takes 7-0 lead

Quarterback Ryan McMahon guided Mater Dei on an 83-yard, seven-play drive, scoring on a three-yard run on the Monarchs’ opening possession for a 7-0 lead over Santa Margarita in a Trinity League opener.

McMahon completed all three of his passes for 59 yards on the drive.
