Water polo: Servite player allegedly is choked during match

Anaheim police are investigating an alleged assault againstan Anaheim Servite player during a water polo match against Santa Ana Mater Dei, according to OCVarsity.com.

A Servite player was allegedly choked twice by an unidentified Mater Dei player. The alleged incident was reported to police by Servite’s principal, the website said, adding that comment was not immediately available from the schools.
