Harry Welch is certainly enjoying his time as coach at Santa Margarita. The student section was chanting his name at the Pac-5 Division championship.
On Friday night, he has a chance to do what no other coach has done _ win a third CIF state championship bowl game at a third different school. No one has even won at two different schools.
On Monday, Welch talked about how he has been able to turn around the Santa Margarita program in two years.
