Boys’ basketball: Grant Jerrett scores 30 points in OT win

La Verne Lutheran played on Saturday in the Hall of Fame Classic in Springfield, Mass., and Grant Jerrett made sure the trip was a memorable one.
He scored 30 points, had 12 rebounds and five blocks in a 68-66 overtime win over St. Patrick of New Jersey.
Eric Cooper had 17 points and Jay Miller 12 for the Trojans, who are 14-4 overall.
