The 4AA final is going just as expected. It’s close and hard fought. La Verne Lutheran leads Gardena Serra, 17-16, after the first quarter.

Eric Cooper Jr. and Grant Jerrett combined for 14 of their team’s 17 points.

Update: At halftime, Serra leads, 28-26.
