A top high school baseball showdown is set for Saturday, with La Verne Bonita and ace pitcher Justin Garza taking on West Covina South Hills in a 7 p.m. game at Jay Littleton field in Ontario.
Garza, a Cal State Fullerton signee, was unbeaten last season and has won 18 consecutive decisions.
