Baseball: Four complete games for Isaac Horigan of Buena

The first month of the baseball season is supposed to be about getting into shape, but Ventura Buena senior pitcher Isaac Horigan sure doesn’t need any warm up.

He has already thrown four complete games this season, the latest a 6-5 victory over Santa Barbara on Tuesday in a Channel League opener, helping Buena improve to 8-1.

Horigan is 4-0 with a 1.25 ERA.

He was headed to an NAIA school but NCAA schools are now getting into the recruiting game.
