Santa Clarita Golden Valley has advanced to the American Leagion state championship ‘B’ division tournament for players 17 and under beginning Saturday in Yountville and will open against Mission Viejo.

Nick Tejeda has been a standout on the mound for Golden Valley. Josh Lampariello, Lucas Granado and Ryan Mahotz have been the top hitters.
