Yes, talented transfers can make an immediate impact.
Just look at Mission Viejo. Quarterback Ian Fieber, a transfer from Orange Lutheran, passed for 158 yards, and running back Alex Suchesk, a transfer from Santa Margarita, rushed for 143 yards in a 35-0 win over Bakersfield Centennial.
Even better for Mission Viejo, both are juniors.
