Boys’ basketball: Taft’s Kris Yanku commits to Northern Arizona

Kris Yanku of Woodland Hills Taft, one of the top returning guards in the City Section, has committed to Nothern Arizona.

‘I had a good relationship with the coaches,’ he said. ‘They were serious about me and wanted me to come. I feel it’s the best fit for me, and i get to showcase my skills.’ -- Eric Sondheimer
