Concord De La Salle won its 21st consecutive North Coast Section football championship with a 52-7 win over Union City James Logan.

And De La Salle could have added incentive when the CIF regional bowl games begin next week.

There was a TV report before the game by Comcast Sportsnet California that Coach Bob Ladouceur could step down as coach at the end of this season or next season.

His career record is 397-25-3.
