Malibu continues to excel behind junior Chase Lambert, who struck out 10 in four innings of relief on Tuesday to help the Sharks defeat Linfield Christian, 5-1, in 11 innings of the San Diego Lions tournament.
Malibu (11-1), off to its best start in school history, will play Morse on Wednesday in the semifinals.
Alvaro Alvarado is five for nine in the tournament.
