Three consecutive hits in the second inning has given Banning a 2-1 lead over San Fernando in the City Section Division I semifinal at USC.

Down, 1-0, Justin Licea had a one-out double off Alonzo Garcia. Then Jason Yanez and Steven Ortiz followed with RBI singles.
