--Grand Marshal’s Trophy, for excellence in presenting theme: “Circus America,” by Eastman Kodak Co.

--Directors’ Trophy, for excellence of craftsmanship: “International Beauty,” by Avon Products Inc.

--Queen’s Trophy, for best use of roses: “The American Dream,” by the City of St. Louis.

--Mayor’s Trophy, for originality of design: “Andean Marketplace,” by Lawry’s Foods Inc.

--Theme Trophy, for excellence in presenting theme: “Architects of Freedom,” by City of Santa Ana.

--Anniversary Trophy, for best depiction of life in the United States: “Wonderful World of Fairs,” by California Fair Industry.
