Our ‘Keepers’

I think the homeless are right on target if they go to the politicians with their plight. The political profession is the group that has made apartment construction and ownership a bureaucratic nightmare.

As is quite often the case, if there is a sociological disaster its source, not its solution, can be traced to our “keepers” in City Hall.
