Nakasone Begins Tour

SYDNEY, Australia —
Japanese Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone plans to begin a tour of the South Pacific today aimed at strengthening ties with Australia and breaking new trade and diplomatic ground in Fiji, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand.
