Marvin L. Stone, 60, editor of U.S. News & World Report, announced that he will retire from the magazine in the spring. No successor has been named. He is one of several longtime magazine employees who are believed to have become millionaires when publisher Mortimer B. Zuckerman acquired the staff-owned magazine last October.
