Foreign Doctors
In the multiple articles written by The Times the last couple of weeks, they talk in terms of doctors being needed, particularly in places like India and Africa. I have also been receiving mail every day in my office asking me to volunteer for charity work in such regions. They do not have doctors there.
Most certainly they do not have doctors there. They are all here in America. The biggest percentage of the foreign doctors come to this country to take specialized training in some field, and then they will not go back to their own country. They will marry somebody here in this country and they will stay. Agencies beg American doctors to volunteer for charity work in other countries simply because we in America have drained those countries of their own doctors.
They are here in America where they are least needed.
