Bernhard H. Goetz “has every inclination” of testifying before a grand jury that could charge him with attempted murder in the shooting of four youths on a subway, Goetz’s lawyer, Joseph Kelner, told a judge. But Kelner said at a court hearing in New York that he first wants to see the videotaped confession Goetz supposedly made to New Hampshire police--a demand the prosecutor refused. Judge Jay Gold agreed with the prosecution and set the next hearing for Feb. 6. Goetz, meanwhile, said he felt sorry for the mother of one of the shooting victims and said the use of the term “vigilante” in his case was “irresponsible reporting.”
