Baldwin Co. showcases 4 Floor Plans

The Baldwin Co.’s new single-family residential series of Brittany Heights is being showcased this weekend at the gated community of RockingHorse Ridge at 444 S. Eagles Point Ave. in the hills of Orange.

Four floor plans in the new series offer a choice of two bedrooms plus den, three or four bedrooms, and up to two and one-half baths and two-or three-car garages.

The homes range from 1,618 to 2,612 square feet and are priced from $158,900 to $207,900. Community facilities, such as a clubhouse, swim and racquet club and spa are maintained through a homeowners’ monthly fee of $99.89.

Scheduled for completion in late spring , the first phase of Brittany Heights has 15 units. Models may be viewed daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; access is by the Newport Freeway to the Chapman Avenue exit, east to Canyon View Avenue and right to Eagles Point Avenue.
