Brazil Leader Due in U.S.

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan will meet with Brazilian President-elect Tancredo Neves on Feb. 1, the White House announced today. Spokesman Larry Speakes said Reagan invited Neves, who is making a private visit to the United States before his inauguration, to visit him at the White House.
