Von Bulow Trial Moved

PROVIDENCE, R.I. —
Claus von Bulow’s retrial on charges of trying to murder his wife with insulin injections was moved to Providence from Newport on Tuesday.
“I weighed proper judicial administration against the defendant’s right to a fair trial,” Providence Superior Court Presiding Justice Anthony A. Giannini told reporters.
