Plans Disclosed for Shop Plaza

Construction is expected to begin in late March or early April on Center Plaza, a 30,000-square-foot retail center at Los Alamitos Boulevard and Serpentine Drive, Los Alamitos, under a $1.5-million construction budget.
The Sherman Oaks firm of Ebbe Videriksen AIA Architect & Associates designed the boutique center of small retail shops for Michael Neels of Santa Ynez. The contractor is Charles Licha Construction of Encino and completion is scheduled next fall.
